We now need smart, charismatic and confident telesales agents to join our dynamic and successful UK Sales team. This is an amazing opportunity to work flexible hours, from your own home and with uncapped commission!

About the role:

  • Calling businesses across the UK and explaining iwoca’s product.
  • Answering questions from potential customers about our product and the company.
  • Asking questions to properly understand the customer’s financial needs.
  • Critically assessing the customer’s interest in iwoca’s product, and communicating this with our in-house Sales team who will create iwoca customers from these leads

Requirements

  • Confident and professional phone manner.
  • Self-disciplined and driven to achieve KPIs.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Have a working computer and internet connection
  • Experience in sales, recruitment, customer service is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Interest in fintech, banking, and lending is beneficial, but not essential.
