Mortgage Loan Processing Officer

About the role 

In this role you will be taking full ownership of the end to end application from submission through to settlement and beyond. Your role is to support our Operations Manager and you will liaise directly with clients, solicitors
and lenders to ensure all applications are submitted in line with both internal and external regulations.

Skills & Experience 

To be successful in this role you must have experience in a similar broker support role and must fully understand the mortgage application process and compliance requirements. It is imperative that you possess exceptional written
and verbal communication skills and will be in a personal situation where part time work is is ideal for you. Other qualities we will be looking for are:

  • Mandatory experience in the ApplyOnline application submission software
  • Ideal but not mandatory, experience in Mercury (CRM) software from Connective
  • Familiarity with working with Mac
