Job Description
The Inside Sales Associate (ISA) prospects for new clients, cultivates client relationships, sets client appointments, and manages all leads within the contact management database. Calls are made each day to reach potential clients, obtain the necessary information to qualify them for an appointment, and schedule meetings with the listing and/or buyer specialist.

You will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by CRM platform. You will assist in all aspects of the process of prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer / seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.
– Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources
– Respond to inbound leads from all internet lead sources, sign calls, and etc.
– Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists
– Input/manage client & lead databases
– Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set

– Work a scheduled 30 to 40 hour week
– Prospect for new clients calling on:
– Expireds/FSBOs
– Buyers
– Sphere of Influence
– Past Clients / Database
– Just Listed / Just Sold
– Open Houses
– Call past clients for referrals
– Practice call scripts at least 3 hours per week
– Conduct 10 to 20 hours of lead follow up per week
– Manage contact database system.
– Attend training/coaching sessions and establish daily role-play partners.
– Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks

– Compensation paid by 1099 (Independent Contractor)
– $1,600 base per month + Bonus per closing…
– $400 per week
– Standard is 500 contacts per week. Must hit 400 contacts per week minimum in order to get the $400 base, other wise for any contact that’s short, we subtract $1
– Standard is 2 appointments set per day, 10 per week, 40 per month
– Average stats:
– 50% of appointments set will show = 20
– 70% of appointments set will sign with us = 14
– 85% of signed clients will closed = 12
– Average sales price is $675,000 in both Sedona & Scottsdale markets
